Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Turek City
Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Turku in the "design and build" system. It was implemented in 2019-2022 by a consortium of companies: Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego, Energopol Trade Opole, PPHU SADEKO Mirosław Nowak. Size of the sewage treatment plant: Q = 15,750 m3/d, PE = 110,250 Contract value PLN 90,000,000.00 Implementation by SADEKO: multi-discipline design documentation, technology, technological networks, deodorization, electricity and I&C Main solutions with a high degree of innovation and low energy consumption: * energy-saving aeration system controlled by ammonium nitrogen concentration * regulation of sludge concentration from a set value in the biological reactor * sludge composting using probiotechnology * thermal sludge hygienization * innovative sludge collection station connected to the BDO system
Sewage Treatment Plant for the Polish Antarctic Station
For wastewater treatment at the Polish Antarctic Station. Henryk Arctowski in Antarctica in 2022-2023, we constructed a container sewage treatment plant of the BIOSAD system along with sewage and water supply networks with a length of 2 km. The choice of BIOSAD technology was made after a thorough analysis of its parameters for use in very difficult location conditions in Antarctica by the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The BIOSAD sewage treatment plant was created by SADEKO based on many years of service and operational experience. It is modern and characterized by a high, stable wastewater treatment effect with low energy consumption and low waste production, for which stabilization, drainage and thermal neutralization are planned. The cleaning process is fully automatic. After biological treatment, sewage is disinfected so that the water flowing into the ocean is biologically dead, and the purification level is monitored using measurement probes and a controller.
